At Family Starz Luxury Pet Furniture, every piece is made-to-order, uniquely crafted to match your preferences and your pet’s comfort. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our luxury pet beds, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is tailored to your specific selections — including size, color, trim, and materials — making every order exclusive and non-resellable. This policy also complies with health and hygiene regulations.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives with visible damage or a clear manufacturer’s defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a repair or exchange review, please email us with:
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Images of the packaging and box (if applicable)
- Your order number and a brief description
Our team will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
